By making a reservation or staying at Guest House Koliqi (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“guest”, “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • To confirm a reservation, we may require your full name, phone number, and email address.

  • The minimum age for making a reservation is 18 years.

  • A confirmation message will be sent via email or WhatsApp after booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)

  • Check-out time: Until 11:00 (11:00 AM)

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee of €15.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before arrival are free of charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

4. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.

  • For bank transfers, full payment must be received at least 2 days before arrival.

  • A valid credit card may be required to guarantee the booking.

  • Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must behave respectfully and avoid causing noise or disturbance.

  • Any damages caused to the property or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A €100 cleaning fee applies for violations.

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room overnight.

6. Liability

  • Guest House Koliqi is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

  • Guests are advised to keep valuables secure. A safety deposit box is available upon request.

  • Parking is available in front of the property, but we are not liable for vehicle damage or theft.

7. House Rules

  • Quiet hours: 23:00 – 07:00

  • Pets: Not allowed.

  • Parties/events: Not allowed unless approved by management in advance.

  • Towels and linens are changed every 3 days, or upon request.

8. Airport Transfer Service

  • We offer transportation to/from Podgorica, Tivat, and Tirana airports.

  • This service is charged separately, based on distance:

    • Podgorica: €50 one-way

    • Tivat: €70 one-way

    • Tirana: €60 one-way

  • Transfers must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

9. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children of all ages are welcome.

  • One child under 5 stays free of charge when using existing beds.

  • Extra bed (if available): €10 per night.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The current version is available at reception or upon request.
